How Advanced rapidly transitioned five utilities to Infinity CIS

Five utilities completed accelerated implementations of Infinity CIS, our customer information and billing solution, all hosted in the cloud.
With the end of their billing service provider contract approaching quickly, five utilities worked with Advanced Utility Systems on fast, flexible implementations of Infinity CIS.
The utilities were given two weeks to find a replacement for their billing service provider and Advanced provided a seamless transition to Infinity CIS to ensure business continuity, uninterrupted customer service as well as the ability to continue generating monthly revenue.
With our agile and adaptable implementation and conversion process we were able to stand up these utilities in just a few weeks all during a busy time for us as well as the customers. Further Infinity CIS is easily configurable and highly flexible allowing us to quickly set up each utilities’ unique billed services, rate structures and collection processes within the system.
