Five utilities completed accelerated implementations and transitioned to CIS Infinity, our customer information and billing solution, all hosted in the cloud.
As their billing service provider contracts approached, five utilities worked with Advanced Utility Systems on fast, flexible implementations of CIS Infinity.
The utilities were given two weeks to find a replacement for their billing service provider, and Advanced ensured a seamless transition to CIS Infinity, ensuring business continuity, uninterrupted customer service, and continued monthly revenue.
With our agile and adaptable implementation and conversion process, we were able to stand up these utilities in just a few weeks, all during a busy time for both our customers and us. Further, CIS Infinity is easily configurable and highly flexible, allowing us to quickly set up each utility’s unique billed services, rate structures, and collection processes within the system.
