The City of Loveland, CO selects Infinity Suite of Solutions
Loveland, CO and Toronto, ON. November 29, 2018 | The City of Loveland (the City), looking to replace its customer information system (CIS), has selected Infinity CIS (Customer Management & Utility Billing), Infinity Customer Engagement Portal (Customer Self-Service) and Infinity Field Workforce Management (Paperless Service Orders) by Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced) to support its vision of excellence and integrity in providing long-term customer satisfaction and reliable service to its 40,000 electric, water, sewer, solid waste and stormwater customers.
As part of a Citywide Information Technology (IT) strategic plan and modernization program, the City was interested in selecting and implementing a new CIS solution that would transform the way the City operates, provide enhanced services to customers, and adapt to the ever changing utility landscape.
Joan Schultz, Business Analyst Group Leader / IT comments, “The City selected the Infinity Suite of Solutions as a way to meet our goals. Using the built-in automation tools CIS Infinity offers, will allow the City to eliminate many of our manual processes and workarounds and take advantage of a best practices approach when it comes to workflow and improve the efficiency of our utility staff.”
“With Infinity Customer Engagement Portal we are extending our customer service capabilities by providing a centralized place for customers to pay their bills, start/stop service and conduct other common utility transactions when it is convenient for them.”
Ms. Schultz goes on to say, “Additionally, Infinity CIS will allow the City to automate the handling of Net Energy Metering and provide a platform for AMI functionality to capture, analyze and report on relevant data.”
Advanced comments, “We are constantly gathering feedback from our customers, monitoring the utility industry and analyzing market trends. We keep our product roadmap current to ensure we are supporting our customers with all their initiatives and to ensure that they can rely on our software solutions to fully handle their operational requirements.”
