Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced) is pleased to announce that Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority (BJWSA) has selected CIS Infinity® as its customer information and billing solution for its 40,000 water and sewer accounts.
BJWSA is Advanced’s third client in the state of South Carolina, along with Mount Pleasant Water Works, and Greenville Water System.
BJWSA’s implementation will include CIS Infinity Version 3.1 along with enhancements that will be made to provide integration to their current financial system as well as their computerized maintenance management system. In addition, Advanced will implement eCARE, their web-based, customer self serve module providing utility customers with real time access to account information as well as online bill presentment and payment capabilities.
“BJWSA’s decision to move forward with Advanced and CIS Infinity is tremendous“, comments Steve Hammond, Harris Vice President for the Advanced Business Unit. “And their selection reaffirms that our solutions continue to meet the growing demands of our customers.”
