Global Water Resources (“Global”), the owner of ten regulated water and wastewater utilities and Arizona’s fastest growing water company, now operates the most advanced Customer Information and Billing System (“CIS”) available. After six months of a highly focused implementation, Global has successfully made the transition to CIS Infinity®, the solution offered by Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (“Advanced”).
The Advanced CIS Infinity solution provides Global the ability to consolidate its customer service activities and standardize on a state-of-the-art platform for customer support. The systems tracks and graphs customer water usage on every bill and flags Global when customer water usage is irregular. This is just one more step in Global’s regional conservation initiative. The platform will also provide advanced systems for payment and improved internet efficiency for those customers who prefer to pay on-line. The next joint initiative, known as eCare, Advanced’s web based, electronic billing and bill presentment solution will allow customers to view their actual bill on line.
